After more than 20 years in property insurance and two years in the restoration business, Dale Bailey saw a need for a restoration company that paired technical capability with genuine care. Dale and Brandy created R&R to make damaged properties like new again—and to build something more personal than a typical corporate operation.

The Baileys have three sons, all of whom are or have been involved in the company. That family foundation shapes the way R&R treats customers, employees, and partners.
