Yes. R&R provides free property inspections and prepares an upfront written estimate before work begins. Customers receive fair pricing with no hidden fees.

The process runs in four steps. First, stop the source and make the affected area safer. Second, extract standing water and evaluate affected materials with professional moisture-detection tools. Third, dry and document, monitoring air movement and dehumidification while recording readings. Fourth, clean, repair, and reconstruct the damaged areas.
